The problem

Does this happen in your company?

Quotes, drawings, decisions and years of history sit in the ERP, in spreadsheets, folders, email and in the heads of 2 or 3 people. The information exists. Finding it and using it is what takes time.

Which sector is your company in?

Prefer a quick assessment? Take the 2-minute assessment

  • “Have we done this before?”And nobody can find the quote, the drawing or the decision from two years ago.
  • Does the quote wait for one person? It only goes out when whoever knows the prices is available.
  • Does a rush order upset the week?It goes into the plan without anyone knowing the impact on other deliveries.
  • Does the variance keep coming back? The gap between quoted and actual shows up again, job after job.
  • Is the information everywhere? It exists, but it is split across the ERP, spreadsheets, folders and email.
  • Is the client abroad?Reports and technical documents need to reach them in their language, ready to sign.

Your company has already paid for this information. What is missing is putting it to work.

How we solve this

The solution

Where FairAI fits in your process

At every step, from order to delivery, using the information your company already has.

Your archive, in the steps with this mark: past quotes, drawings, emails and reports, ready to query.

“Have we done this before?” Answered in seconds

Today
The answer exists, but it is scattered: a quote in a spreadsheet, a drawing in a folder, a decision in an email from two years ago. Only one or two people remember.
With FairAI
Ask in everyday words. FairAI searches spreadsheets, PDFs, emails and images and shows every result with its source.
  • Past jobs found by anyone with access
  • Less reliance on whoever remembers
  • Photos found by what they show, even without tags

Other projects we have done

  • Document and image search

For a ceramics manufacturer: years of orders in spreadsheets and images, searchable in everyday words.

  • Planning assistant

For manufacturing: ask in everyday words and the new order is simulated on the schedule, with the impact on capacity and cost.

  • Search across recorded meetings

For a city council: “Which meetings discussed cycle lanes?” Excerpts, summary, who said it, when, and the minute in the video.

  • Test reports by voice

For a silicone products manufacturer: the engineer talks while running the test on the machine and the report appears, ready.

  • Assistants on documentation

For Pawpass, on the rules for travelling with pets, and for Arbitrum, on the technical documentation for developers.

The difference

AI that any company can buy won’t give you an edge. AI that works with what only you have will

Generic AI

Raises the baseline for everyone

  • Same models and tools for every company
  • Useful for email, drafts and summaries
  • What you gain, competitors gain too

AI built for your company

Hard for competitors to copy

  • Draws on records only you have
  • Follows your processes, rules and terms
  • Builds on your experts’ know-how

You expect your core systems to fit how you work. Expect the same from AI.

What about my company’s data?

Your data

The AI can run inside your company

On your servers, the data never leaves the company and we have no access to it. If you prefer the cloud, which is cheaper, we tell you what leaves and where it goes.

See how it works inside

  • Read-only first

No changes to core systems unless agreed.

  • Your data stays yours

    Never used to train models.

  • A person decides

Nothing goes into the ERP or the accounts without approval.

  • Ready for system changes

If a system is replaced, only its connector changes.
