About the client
Portuguese company that designs and builds playgrounds, play spaces and sports equipment. It works through public tenders and direct contracts, on projects all over the country.
The challenge
Each construction quote has dozens of lines: removals, ground preparation, surfacing, equipment, fencing. Prices come from the catalogue and from past projects, and putting them together by hand takes time.
What we built
- A custom CRM for the company’s quotes
- Quote lines proposed by AI, with the source of each price: catalogue or past work
- Sales accepts or adjusts each line before sending
- A connection to the PHC ERP, reading and writing: data is entered only once
