About the client
Metalworking company in the Leiria region that designs and builds machines for clients in Portugal and abroad, and services them.
The challenge
Service visits were recorded by hand. Each machine’s information was scattered, and reports for Spanish and English-speaking clients had to be translated.
What we built
- A mobile and desktop app that follows each machine, from build to service
- Photos, video and voice notes. The AI reads the text in the photos and fills in the fields
- Summaries and reports in the company’s format, also translated into Spanish and English
- Client and technician signatures sealed with a hash: any later change is visible
- Questions about each machine’s history
Today
Everything that happens to each machine is recorded, and every report comes out ready to sign, in the client’s language.
